Yard Director Yard Management System (Yard Director YMS)

RACO Industries Yard Director YMS Yard Management System is a web-based mobile application designed to provide control, compliance, asset visibility and efficiency for your trucking yard through real-time tracking and reporting on vehicle locations and contents. Through real-time tracking and reporting by mobile scanners and a web based application, your security, driver and yard management staff can to locate and track critical information about each vehicle that enters one of your facilities.

Real Time Alerts
Yard Director YMS supports SMTP email alerts triggered when user defined thresholds are crossed configured by web based administrative console. For example, if the temperature of a refrigerated trailer goes above 32 degrees, Yard Director YMS will send an email alert to users whose user profiles indicate they should receive that alert.

Your on-site administrators can configure the alert thresholds through the web based administration console in Yard Director YMS and new alert types custom tailored to your unique business can be easily added.

Security logs all plant ingress and egress with wireless hand-held scanners, and optionally generates a bar coded tag (using a wireless printer) for each vehicle, which can be used to speed and simplify vehicle identification.
