A common problem with manufacturing perishable products is that good products are oftentimes overlooked and spoil on warehouse and in-store shelves, losing companies hundreds of thousands of dollars each year. Perishable products (such as foods, batteries, film, etc.) must be distributed and delivered in a timely manner to avoid spoilage and obsolescence, allowing items to generate revenue.

By color-coding a sell-by-date on the carton, products can be easily identified and properly selected for distribution, leaving no date sensitive product overlooked.
