The UltimaTouch™ 1800 point-of-service system comes with the latest Intel ® processors and embedded chipset for hardware configuration stability, and is ideal for restaurant, hospitality, concession, school cafeteria, convenience store and specialty retail applications.

Designed with the retail customer's needs in mind, an extensive selection of options allows the UltimaTouch™ 1800 Series to be uniquely configured for your retail application. Options include a 3-track Magnetic Strip Reader, an internal CD drive, integrated speakers, and an easy-to-read 2-line by 20-character customer display. The convenient rear door design of the UltimaTouch™ 1800 eliminates complex cable routing and allows for quick access to multiple I/O ports for fast set-up and easy changing of peripherals. All units include 4 powered serial ports and 5 USB ports.

The electronics are designed around a reliable, standard MICRO ATX motherboard that provides an easy, cost-effective upgrade path as electonics evolve.

Designed with the retail customer's needs in mind, an extensive selection of options allows the UltimaTouch™ 1800 series to be uniquely configured for your retail application. Options include a 3-Track Magnetic Strip Reader, an internal CD drive, integrated speakers, and an easy to read 2-line by 20-character customer display. The UltimaTouch™ 1800 series also has a unique, state-of-the-art fingerprint reader option which provides instant user verification with a simple touch of a finger. An available PCI slot provides the flexibility to add a modem, additional input/output ports or a wireless card. And for maximum convenience, most of the The UltimaTouch 1800 Series options are field-installable.

Input/Output
The convenient rear door design of the UltimaTouch™ 1800 eliminates complex cable routing and allows for quick access to multiple I/O ports for fast set-up and easy changing of peripherals. All units include 4 powered serial ports and 5 USB ports. Additionally, one USB port is conveniently located on the side of the unit for plug-in of a keyboard or mouse. A 24V cash drawer port, an Ethernet LAN port and a PCI slot are standard on all units.
