The UltimaTouch 5000 PC Series is a high-performance touch screen POS platform designed for use in restaurants, convenience stores, and specialty retail establishments. Three different systems, the UltimaTouch 5000, 5500 and 5800 fit a variety of needs.

Offering a high degree of functionality and power in an integrated package, the UltimaTouch 5000 Series provides a superior foundation for a comprehensive retail POS workstation. With their integrated single-board computers, active matrix touch screens, and magnetic stripe readers, they are capable of supporting many retail applications. All three are designed to be highly configurable. They include multiple mounting options, easy access to connectors, and a large selection of interface ports (including USB) for connectivity to printers, cash drawers, scanners and keyboards, among others. For greater operator comfort and productivity, all touch screen platforms are available with a tilting stand and stereo speakers. Each system is ideal for different levels of processing. The UltimaTouch 5000's 233 MHz Intel® Pentium® processor works for many software applications. The UltimaTouch 5500, equipped with a 500MHz Celeron™ processor and the UltimaTouch 5800, with its 733 MHz Pentium® 3 processor, have the power to handle the most complex retail software applications.

The tilting stand option accommodates a variety of users and installation heights. The active matrix color LCD screen with 800 x 600 lines of resolution and 5-wire resistive touch screen, provides the highest quality graphics and a fast touch interface- clear advantages in reducing operator training and transaction time, allowing employees to spend more time engaging your customers. Additionally, the UltimaTouch 5000, 5500 and 5800 include internal power supplies for added security and convenience, and concealed cable routing for a very appealing appearance. The magnetic stripe reader is positioned at a natural angle, improving operator effectiveness.
