The TSC TTP-244 desktop thermal transfer bar code printer is a robust label printer designed to satisfy the most competitive customer needs at the lowest possible price. The TSC TTP-244 is based on the best selling TTP-243 print mechanism, but TSC reduced the number of available options in order to reach a new low price point. Customers who need options such as cutters, peel & present systems, or onboard real time clock chips should look to the TSC TTP-245 to meet their needs. The TSC TTP-244 is designed to provide the solution for customers who simply need to print labels and tags at the lowest cost.

The TSC TTP-244 is a small, compact thermal printer designed for a variety of label and tag printing applications. The TSC TTP-244 can print a wide variety of labels ranging from low volume shipping labels to compliance and general purpose product identification labels and tags. Other applications include automobile service shops, walk-in shipping and mail centers, and inventory control for stock rooms. And with PDF417 and MaxiCode two dimensional bar code capabilities, the TTP-244 can print complex transportation formats.

The TSC TTP-244 Series redefines low volume desktop bar code printing. With the largest media/ribbon capacities, fast print speed, and large memory capacity in its class, the TTP-244 outperforms the competition easily. These virtually trouble free units feature a standard two-year warranty. Once you plug it in, you won't have to worry about it. The TSC TTP-244 features a very quiet dual motor gear driven system (dual drive) that separately powers the ribbon and media drive, allowing for the only 300 meter one-inch core ribbon supply available in a plastic desktop printer.

TSC TTP-244 Firmware

TSPL-EZ offers unparalleled ease of use by supporting three different barcode printer languages out of the box. Native printer language support includes TSPL, TSPZ and TSPE languages. The printer simply recognizes the command language of the first label format received and instantly sets the printer to the correct translator. Compatible with TTP-245 & TTP-246 printers.
