Why Smart Forms? Smart Forms are SAP's latest printing solution with an easy to use Graphical User Interface (GUI) for the user to design forms for printing or spooling. Smart Forms has three main uses; to print business forms to a business printer, to output data for web publishing real-time and to support external printing systems like SENTINEL Print pack S/3 for SAP. Smart Forms sends structured data in the form of an XML file when the spooling option is selected. Teklynx has utilized this data stream per SAP's BC-XSF 4.6 specification to receive SAP certification.
