The Symbol MSP Mobility Software comes equipped with three major components: appliance, console, and agents. The MSP Mobility appliance is the first step, and it comes in two different options. MSP Lite can support up to 2,000 mobile devices, while Symbol MSP Enterprise supports 5,000 mobile devices. These two can be used together, supporting up to 7,000 mobile devices. The Symbol MSP Console is the web-based user interface that provides the management system. The Symbol MSP Agent is the part used to collect monitoring information. With this, you can monitor battery levels, network statistics, CPU utilization, and configuration information.
