allow for task efficiency. A convenient built-in metal hook
provides the ability to attach the scanner to a pulley which
allows workers to access the scanner easily and stow it
quickly when they're finished. The bright LEDs and an
adjustable-volume beeper on the Symbol LS3478-ER scanner
ensure that decode feedback is clearly visible and audible
to users, saving valuable worker time. The included feature
of multiple on-board interface support ensures you'll be
able to use the data capture devices with existing hosts,
while giving you the flexibility to upgrade your systems
without having to buy new scanners.
With the rugged cordless Symbol LS3478-ER barcode scanner, barcodes
as close as 4 inches (10 centimeters) and as far away as 45
feet (13.7 meters) are able to be reached. Combined with the
ability to withstand multiple 6.5-foot (2-meter) drops to
concrete, having an IP65-rated seal making it impervious to
dust and water, and a scratch-resistant exit window, this
scanner is perfect for warehouse and industrial related
tasks.
