Full featured portable magstripe reader

The SST TA500 is a portable magnetic card reader able to read all 3 tracks of standard magnetic stripe cards. It contains a number of hardware features that support full user interface, including a graphic LCD display with optional back light, a thumbwheel for data entry, and a multimedia card slot for extended memory. Each card swipe is timestamped and stored in non-volatile memory for easy retrieval later. Downloading to a computer is simple using the cable and software provided with the unit.

The SST TA500's small size and ease of use make it ideal for a wide range of applications. Use the TA500 to track time and attendance, service calls, home visits, outdoor events, VIP and customer loyalty cards, subcontractors offline credit card processing and more.
