The SATO M84Pro series of barcode label printers set new benchmarks in label throughput thanks to the new generation RISC processor, providing high quality performance in label production even when printing directly from standard Windows® applications.
Fast, versatile, dependable and cost effective, SATO’s
M84Pro Series barcode printers are built with a 32-Bit
high-speed RISC/133 MHz processor for maximum
throughput. While these printers are designed to produce
large amounts of barcode, text and fine detailed
graphics with clear and precise print, they are also
capable of smaller size 2-D codes such as Micro PDF417
or Micro QR, even when printing directly from standard
Windows applications.
Users still have the option of producing high quality
labels by using either SATO's native command language
(SBPL) or quality label design/production software, but
now the option has been made available to easily and
efficiently produce labels direct from Windows
applications such as WORD, EXCEL, and ACCESS, among
others.
The SATO M84Pro series barcode label printers are
equipped standard with a full 18MB of memory for storing
multiple fonts and graphics, eliminating the need for
optional external memory sources for most applications.
When it comes to connectivity options, the SATO M84Pro
printers feature several standard high-speed,
bi-directional plug-in interface modules, including
IEEE1284 Parallel, 57.6k bps High-Speed Serial, or USB.
Also available are optional Plug-In Interface Modules
for Twinax/Coax, Ethernet-10/100Base T (incl. WPCPlus),
Wireless 802.11b and RS422/485 Serial.
High Resolution Printers
Fast, versatile, dependable and cost effective for
today's demanding labeling applications, the SATO M84Pro
Series printers are built with a 32-Bit high-speed

text and fine detailed graphics with clear and precise
print, in addition to smaller size 2-D codes such as
Micro PDF417 or Micro QR, even when printing directly

Throughput - The SATO Pro series printers set new
benchmarks in label throughput. A new generation RISC
processor provides high performance in label production
even when printing directly from standard Windows®
applications.
Resolution - Simply by changing the printhead users can
change the print resolution of the M-84Pro from 305 dpi
or even 609 dpi.
Memory - The SATO Pro series printers come with a full
18MB of on-board memory standard! Enough memory for
storing multiple fonts and graphics without the need for
optional memory for most applications.
Windows Compatible -
Users still have the option of
producing high quality labels by using either SATO's
native command language (SBPL) or quality label design
and production software. Now the ability to easily and
efficiently produce labels direct from Windows
applications such as; WORD, EXCEL, ACCESS, etc. is also
an option.
Interface Connections -
Choose from one of SATO's
