IMPORTANT NOTE ON PLUG-IN INTERFACE COMPATIBILITY!
The higher speed Plug-in Interface boards for the new SATO CL408e/SATO 412e will not function in the older CL408/412. The older SATO CL408/SATO 412 Plug-in Interface boards will function in the new SATO CL408e/SATO 412e, but will not be able to take advantage of the higher data transfer speeds of the SATO CL408e/SATO 412e.
