Salter Brecknell Tuffer vehicle bucket loader scale

Tuffer front-end loaders weigh-in-motion scale system

The Salter Brecknell Tuffer vehicle bucket loader scale external system, both single and dual have only the electrical wires to the indicator. The sensors measure change in the hydraulic lift pressure, which is directly proportional to the load lifted and converts it to a digital readout. The Salter Brecknell Tuffer scale meter, mounted in the cab, interprets these sensors signals and displays the individual lift weights and cumulative totals by material, customer number, or other preferences. The Salter Brecknell Tuffer weigh-in-motion is also equipped with a two-second last bucket tip-off function, which makes it much faster and easier to get the correct loaded weight the first time.

The Salter Brecknell Tuffer weigh-in-motion Dual External Sensor is attached to a quick tip scale indicator, mounted in the cab, by electrical wires which converts the hydraulic pressure changes to a digital readout.
