ILS frame
The mild steel ILS frame is an integrated assembly incorporating two supporting conveyor legs, with two analog load cells, a junction box and cabling.

Installation
Bolt-on ILS frames replace existing conveyor legs. Junction boxes include pre-wired input and output cables for fast setup. Typically, two frames are required per conveyor. For static applications that require the use of two conveyor sections to create a longer platform, a third frame is installed where the sections are joined together.

Capacities
440lb per ILS frame. Total scale capacity is double the individual frame rating. When selecting a capacity, the weight of the conveyor section must be factored in.

Static conveyor sections
Salter Brecknell carries the ILS supports and can also provide static conveyor sections and indicators to build a complete system.

Placed on 3" centers for even load support and "set high" for unobstructed conveyance. 1.9" diameter, 16ga. mild steel

Indicators
Salter Brecknell offers a series of weight indicators matched to the operating requirements of different conveyor systems. Choose the S200E for static weighing systems. The indicators can provide multiple options for printer/computer interface. The Model S200E indicator includes the NCI protocol which allows you to hook up to a large number of warehouse/material handling software programs directly with no software modification.
