PREH POS Keyboards: MR Series
Designed for Hospitality
MR, (Mass Relegendable) is a short travel version of the WX family of programmable keyboards and is designed for applications such as those in hospitality where the functions of any or all of the menus need to changed on a regular basis.C-Stores, Hospitality, Quick Service and Full Service Bars and Restaurants and Medical are just a few of the applications that can benefit from the flexibility of the PREH MR Series.
| Water and Dirt Resistant
The MR's 128 key positions are impervious to moisture and dirt as is the replaceable legend sheet when protected by the easy to replace, see-through menu cover. It also can be easily wiped clean, making it ideal for bar and restaurant applications. |

| Change Key Layouts Easily
Simply lift the cover and drop in a new sheet of legends. The PREH programming software includes a legending feature that makes designing and printing legend sheets a snap. |

| Available with Full Travel Section
A combination full travel and short travel version is also available. Full travel numeric keys speed up the check out process by providing a familiar tactile feel to the data entry process. |

Magnetic Stripe Reader The standard MSR is a bi-directional dual track reader (tracks 1 & 2). Single and three track versions are also available. (track 2, tracks 1-2-3, tracks 2-3) The MSR reads all cards in accordance with ISO 7810 and 7811. An LED provides confirmation of correct reads. Each track's data header and terminator data can be easily programmed via the PREH Programmer software.

| Keylock In order to provide access control, a keylock with 5 positions and three keys can be installed in the keyboard. The keylock has an IP-54 rating for dust and liquid protection. |

| Laser-Barcode Interface The optional integrated barcode electronic module decodes all common barcode such as CODABAR, 2/5 Interleaved, Code 39, Code 128, MSI and EAN/UPC/JAN. Other barcode readers such as data pens (wands) with different resolutions, laser scanners, touch readers (CCD) and others in hand-held and fixed variations can be connected via various interfaces. All barcode data is transmitted over the keyboard interface, eliminating the need for external decoders and their associated cables. Data headers and terminators can be easily assigned via the PREH Programmer software. |
