Posiflex JIVA 5800 Thick-Client Terminal Solutions 

The "JIVA 5815" Touch Terminal by POSIFLEX uses X86 compatible CPU.  This high-performance workstation easily operates various kinds of customer applications such as Hospitality, Retail, Kiosk, and e-Commerce on 2 Tier structure.

The JIVA 5800 contains up to 20GB Hard Disk Drive and can be utilized as a thick-client terminal in a client/server setting and supports Windows 98/2000/XP Professional.

With a unique space saving footprint design, the JIVA 5815 functions for both countertop and wall mount applications. The JIVA 5800 has a solid design that is made to withstand the rigors of daily usage in the harshest environments.  

The JIVA 5815 houses the latest technology and security features the industry has to offer:

  • 15.1" LCD panel - TFT active matrix with a dual backlit tube.

  • Auto boot ROM Support

  • Spill proof water-resistant structure protects circuitry and allows for easy cleaning.

  • A patented finger release lever "geared locking mechanism" easily adjusts the LCD angel's tilt angle from 17.5o degrees to 87.5o degrees.

  • Security lock prevents unauthorized access to input / output data devices.

Options include:

  • Integrated MSR, smart card and I-button (3-in-1) attachment.

  • Integrated MSR, smart card reader, finger print sensor and 40-Dynakey programmable keyboard (4-in-1) attachment.

  • Integrated customer display module.
