IntelliTrack Fixed Asset Modules

Use the IntelliTrack Fixed Assets module to track and monitor the location of your company's fixed assets. IntelliTrack's Fixed Assets module also has the ability to maintain depreciation data for individual assets. Fixed assets tells you not only where an asset is, but how much it is currently worth.

IntelliTrack Fixed Assets comes with these standard reports:

  • Move transaction by asset

  • Assets not inventoried

  • New assets

  • History by asset number

  • History by date

  • Inventory by asset number/detail

  • Inventory by item & pictures

  • Inventory by category

  • Inventory by department

  • Inventory by item number

  • Inventory by ownership

  • Inventory by serial number

  • Inventory by site/location

  • Class definition

  • Depreciation by asset

  • Assets by alternate part number

  • Assets without item definition

System Requirements

  • IBM-compatible PC with Pentium II 300 mHz, or higher processor (Pentium III 500 mHz or higher is recommended for optimum performance)

  • Microsoft Windows® 98SE, Windows® 200 SP2, Windows® ME, Windows® NT SP 6a or Windows® XP

  • A hard disk with 250 MB of free space

  • 64MB of RAM (128 MB or greater recommended)

  • SVGA or compatible monitor
