The O'Neil PrintPAD 9000 portable thermal printer for
Symbol
MC9000-S works in the most rugged environments to enable
the production of hardcopy back-ups of digital information
and signature printing, as well as the generation of
receipts, tickets and labels for a variety of applications.
The sleek design of the O'Neil PrintPAD allows users to
conveniently and securely carry their mobile computer,
communicate with the printer, as well as charge both the
mobile computer and the printer, all in a single integrated
package. This innovative one-piece printer system consists
of a 4.41" (112mm) wide thermal printer in a rugged case and
an embedded communications charging cradle designed for use
in a number of different applications with a variety of
Symbol hand-held computers.
The O'Neil PrintPAD 9000 model includes four important
features. With optional Bluetooth connectivity, users can
realize all the convenience, power efficiencies and cost
benefits of a wireless personal area network. DEX
capabilities allow the PrintPAD 9000 to communicate via DEX
connections easily without the need for any special software
or mechanical switches. The external charge port allows the
printer and the Symbol MC9000-S hand held to be easily
charged in the truck or settlement room, while the PrintPAD
9000's external LEDs allow users to quickly determine the
printer's charge status.
