The V-40's popular size makes it a perfect solution for thousands of other applications as well. Designed to cost effectively meet a broad range of labeling applications, the basic V-40 Printer may be enhanced by selecting a wide variety of features and options. With an intelligent, modular design, the direct thermal base printer is easily field upgradeable for thermal transfer operation. Add internal label rewind, a label cutter or other options to create the perfect solution for your bar code labeling needs. In all, more than 15 different configurations of this versatile printer are available, so there is sure to be one that's right for you.

The V-40 uses an easy to replace, 203 dpi printhead to produce superior one and two dimensional bar codes and alphanumerics at speeds of up to 10 inches per second. An optional 300 dpi printhead is also available. The V-40 accepts label, ticket and tags stocks up to 4.65 inches (118mm) wide and has a maximum print width of 4.1 inches (104mm). It comes standard with a front panel keypad complete with LCD display for user-friendly programming.
