Labels NOW! is an easy to use, WYSIWYG low-cost label design software utility that allows commonly used label formats to be quickly created in a Windows™ environment. It supports all the advanced design features of Meto Printer Driver Language (MPDL) using the printers MPDL Windows Driver. Applicable printers are the AS40RS, Bandit and the V-Series (V40, V65, V85).

All bar codes are guaranteed to be printed in the correct ratio and all printer fonts including downloaded fonts can be used. In addition, font caching is supported whereby any True Type, True Doc or Type 1 Postscript scaleable font can be preloaded into a Meto MPDL printer in advance. Font caching sends only the characters needed to the printer at start-up so when it's time to print, the font has already been rendered. This increases time to print the first label and speeds up label throughput.

Labels NOW! allows control of all printer functionality in drop-down dialog boxes. Extensive linking capabilities of MPDL can be accessed in Labels NOW! and OLE can be used to integrate objects from virtually any Windows application. Labels NOW! offers all popular bar code symbologies including PDF417 and Code 128. It imports database formats and offers multi-language supports.
