of middleware.
In addition, LXE’s computers connect directly to Oracle’s
scalable Mobile Transaction Server via LAN - so you won’t need
additional servers in the warehouse. And with Oracle’s Mobile
Application Framework, you can easily create applications for use on
LXE’s terminals or use predefined mobile forms with field level
validation developed by Oracle.
SAP
LXE, a certified SAP partner, offers a variety of mobile computing
devices including vehicle-mount computers, handheld computers and
Windows CE devices supporting SAPGUI or Java based software. LXE
systems provide fast, flexible, cost-effective solutions for the
mobile SAP user.
SAP users and developers now have the ability to create applications
and transactions for mobile computer devices directly in SAP via the
SAPConsole™ - without the use of middleware. No need to learn third
party systems, or use data mapping or proprietary middleware
programming. Data entry for orders, stock transfers, shop
floor/labor tracking information and other application functions
transmit directly to SAP software applications in real-time.
