Inscale INCELL Supermount 1300 Series

Manufactured by INSCALE for INCELL, the SUPERMOUNT 1300 Series is a versatile low profile mount that serves a wide variety of process control and vessel weighing applications in most types of industries. Capacities range from 5,000 lbs. to 250,000 lbs. The sliding pin design is easy to install, secures load cell in place and provides easy access to load cell for service. The 1300 Series anchors directly to the floor or structural support. Its self-contained design allows for controlled movement, thermal expansion/contraction and eliminates the need for check rods, stops or stays.

Inscale INCELL Supermount 1300 Series Specifications

The best positioning of 1300 series mount assemblies is shown above in diagram 1-4. The mounts should be positioned with the long axis of the load cell at a right angle to the line drawn. The long axis of the load cell should point in line with any recurring force. Such as a Conveyor or Tank Scale. This will allow the least restricted vessel movement and allow for thermal expansion and contraction.
