IIMAK TF-160 Thermal Film    

Capitalizing on our thin film coating capabilities, we have engineered and produced a unique direct thermal film that is the thinnest film currently available on the market. At 1.6 mil, IIMAK's new TF-160 delivers extra labels without expanding the roll diameter and can cost up to 15% less than standard film products. There is a niche opportunity for this new thin film in high-end direct thermal applications where a single consumable is necessary. IIMAK's 1.6mil film can be laminated with adhesive and liner for labeling applications. It can also be laminated to other media, such as polypropylene and polystyrene, to improve its durability and rigidity. Here are some common applications:
