GSE MINI-PRO XLP Extreme Low Profile 4-Load Cell Bench Scale

The GSE MINI-PRO XLP is designed for heavy duty industrial weighing applications requiring an extreme low profile scale with no side deflection under load.

NEW SENSOR DESIGN
The MINI-PRO XLP (extreme low profile) employs a new, ultra low profile, high precision load cell. Other advantages include a wide output range from 1 - 3 mV/v, high accuracy rated at 7,500 d and excellent resistance to overloads.

APPLICATIONS
The MINI-PRO XLP is not only for special applications, like a conveyor scale, where side deflection cannot be tolerated. The extreme low profile clamshell type design also makes the MINI-PRO XLP the ideal bench scale as it requires less lifting.

ALL ELECTRONIC DESIGN
The MINI-PRO XLP is a solid state electronic design. It contains no moving mechanical parts and is thus maintenance free.

HIGH ACCURACY PERFORMANCE
The all electronic DIRECT FORCE TRANSFER design assures exact and ideal sensor loading free of any friction. Standard accuracy is 5000 d.

ULTRA LOW PROFILE
The minimum platform height is defined without load feet and varies by capacity as follows:

FULLY ENCLOSED DESIGN
The MINI-PRO XLP consists of a heavy duty carbon steel base plate which contains the four (4) load cells and a trim/summing board. The top plate is secured by four (4) load pins centered in the shock mounts. It is placed over the base plate for a completely enclosed structure.
