  • 10 mil with adhesive backing on a 14 mil mylar plastic release liner/carrier
  • P300 & P310 (P310i) Printers (Single Side Monochrome and Color Printers): Adjust Card Gate thickness to 20 mil.
  • P400 & P420 (P420i) Printers (Dual Sided Color Printers): Adjust card gate thickness to 30 mil.
  • Adhesive backed cards should not be used in any laminating printer.
  • It is recommended that printers using adhesive backed cards have a card path cleaned more frequently (every 100 cards).
