cab HS 150 Label Dispenser

All current types of adhesive labels can be simply and quickly dispensed by the HS 150 Label Dispenser. Each time a label is removed the next one is automatically brought into position.

The built-in Counter indicates the continually updated total number of labels already dispensed.

An adjustable micro-switch is set to the current label size. In the case of longer labels, first the forward part of the label is made ready to be dispensed. As this part is unpeeled, the micro-switch feeler is released and the label backing-strip fed further forwards, allowing the remaining part of the label to be removed.

The shape of the labels to be dispensed is unimportant. Both individual and continuous form can be dispensed. In the case of round or oval labels, the micro-switch feeler is moved to the side and positioned at the front edge of the label.

As a result of the powerful motor, label rolls with labels mounted inside or outside, of up to 240 mm. diameter and 150 mm. width can be processed.
