The Avery Dennison 64-05 RFID printer combines the
outstanding features of the 64-bit printer technology
optimized for printing and encoding RFID labels. The system
offers a variety of unique features that ensure reliable
programming with both excellent throughput and print
quality.
RFID applications
Find it. Track it. Secure it. Count it. Imagine knowing the
size, brand, serial number and history of each item that
leaves your warehouse- without seeing or handling it.
Imagine having verification of original manufacturer,
production facility, distribution route and destination.
Imagine an inventory check every 30 seconds so that popular
items are always available to customers. New RFID
applications are emerging quickly as we work with customers
to meet their needs in these and other efficiency enhancing
applications.

The RFID system
The Avery Dennison 64-05 RFID printer includes an integrated
multi-protocol reader/antennae system that can accommodate a
wide variety of RFID tag form factors and configurations.
The RFID components can be factory installed or the printer
can be retrofitted at a later time.
Print RFID tags and labels with unparalleled productivity
Avery Dennison 64-05 RFID printers use 64-bit processor
technology to combine the industry's fastest label-format
processing speed with RFID encoding and print speeds up to
12" /second, even at 305dpi. This provides the highest
quality and throughput for processing intensive applications
ranging from product identification to carton labeling.
Smart design cuts waste and ensures reliable RFID labels
The ribbon saver feature reduces supplies cost for labels
with unprinted areas. While the head lift mechanism can
reduce stress on the label and print head in those
applications where the inlay falls outside of the printing
zone.
Near edge print head provides RFID material flexibility
A flat feed path and reduced head pressure means added
flexibility for a variety of RFID applications. Different
label form factors and material constructions can easily be
handled. Even thick stiff materials do not pose a problem.
Automatic RFID label verification and programmable reprint
The Avery Dennison 64-05 RFID printer automatically tests
teach RFID label and the encoded data before the printing
process. If the RFID label does not function properly, a
stripe is printed across it. The verification and printing
can automatically continue with the next label or printing
can be halted after a specific number of labels are found to
be defective.
Reliable, convenient performance
Steel frame construction, a steel casing and sturdy
mechanism add up to years of solid performance under
demanding conditions. A 2-line by 16-character control panel
makes it easy to set and monitor print operations
Accessories for added productivity
Optional accessories such as large roll unwind/rewind units,
cutter/stackers are available to help maximize throughput in
your applications.
