DENNISON ALX 924 Print and Apply System can take on the most
demanding applications. Its 300-dpi resolution provides high
quality barcodes, text, and graphics, even at print speeds
up to 16 inches per second and apply rates up to 600 labels
per minute.
Available with a variety of applicator heads, this design is
the choice of manufacturers, packers and shippers running
high-volume data intensive applications integrated within
production line operations.

We've enhanced its 16"-per-second print speed with a 64-bit
processor, to format and print variable data on subsequent
labels without delay. A multi-tasking operating system
allows several jobs to build in the background while the
first job is being printed and applied. This speeds
throughput by minimizing interruptions between unique jobs
or labels. Best of all, with our high speed applicators and
our advanced label back-up feature, you are able to keep
pace with high-speed production lines - even when printing
the entire length of a label.

A patented dual-roller feed system with tension-adjustment
makes it easy to accommodate a wide range of label stocks in
high-speed applications.
The controlled web transport works with a variety of
substrates ranging from thick to flimsy/thin backing
materials, and provides high-speed web back-up when
full-area printing is required.
Operator conveniences
A rotating display that adjusts for easy readability,
regardless of the angle at which the unit is positioned on
the production line, can easily be viewed whether the cover
is open or closed. The multi-language capability of this
display accommodates international usage. Color-coded
operator adjustments make setup and supplies changes quick
and easy.
