RACO ASG Process:
Choosing the right solution partner is a balance between desired
functionality, flexibility and cost. RACO Industries’ ASG provides
clients with real-time visibility to their mobile information at the
point of service. This is simply done by delivering efficient and
reliable data capture information where and when you need it.
Our process is designed from the beginning to be a clear-cut yet
effective means of discovery, assessment and deliverables. We begin
with a Mobile Data Collection Assessment – this is a formalized
method of documentation intended to involve the client in all
aspects of the project to determine exact mobility requirements,
return on investment and to maximize the success when it is
implemented. Through collaboration with the customer, RACO’s ASG
will determine the project’s objectives, system requirements and
business process constraints to configure a roadmap for the optimal
mobility solution. Once this information is collected and assessed,
a preliminary quotation is prepared – this will normally include
estimated costs of hardware, software and professional services for
the complete mobility solution.
Upon acceptance of the preliminary quotation, the ASG project leader will prepare the scope of work, determine vendor options and schedule required technical resources in accordance to the preliminary quotation.
