Opticon LGZ 7225 Handheld CCD Scanner

The Opticon LGZ 7225 scanner series of hand held CCD scanners combines the durability and value of CCD imaging technology with the long reading range of a laser scanner.

The Opticon LGZ 7225 ccd scanner reads high density symbols (4 mil) and yet can read lower density symbols from as far away as twenty inches or more. High scan speed and superior optical resolution are combined in a scanner which yields outstanding reading capability and aggressive performance.

Precise optics and proven decode algorithms result in “snappy” scanning performance and the ability to easily read marginal and poorly printed barcodes.

The Opticon LGZ 7225 scanner continues Opticon’s reputation for rugged, durable and long lasting scanners. It has no moving parts yet operates at a fast 200 scans per second. When used with its optional adjustable stand, the Opticon LGZ 7225 scanner can perform as a “hands-free” scanner. The Opticon LGZ 7225 scanners are available in keyboard wedge, RS232 and USB interfaces.
